Make "Use Editable View" Admin Only
Restrict the “Use Editable View” option to admins, giving you more control over who can access and modify profile layouts. By marking this setting as admin only in the Profile Builder, you ensure that internal team members can use the editable view while keeping it hidden from clients and candidates. This helps maintain a cleaner and more controlled experience within the platform. This documentation will walk you through turning “Use Editable View” into an admin-only property.
For demonstration purposes, this guide uses the client profile to show how to make the “Use Editable View” option admin only. However, the same steps apply to the candidate profile as well.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then navigate to More > Application & Profile Builder, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Locate the Client Profile, and then click the Pencil icon in the Actions column for that client profile.

Step 3: Scroll down and click the arrow shown in the screenshot below for the field that you want to make editable for admin only.

Step 4: Within the Additional Properties field, select the Use Editable View (Admin Only) option from the drop-down menu.
Make sure you select the Use Editable View option along with this to ensure it works successfully.

Step 5: Click the Save button to confirm the changes.
