Walk through the different job settings of the app.
When you are setting up your agency on Enginehire, there are a few app-specific settings you will want to set up before notifying candidates and clients of the offering. Below are descriptions and options for each one.

1. From Mission Control select Settings.
2. Select Global Settings.
3. Select App Settings.
4. Select Job Settings.

Enable shift jobs in mobile app

Check this box if shift jobs should be accessible through the app.

Enable placement jobs in mobile app

Check this box if placement jobs should be accessible through the app.

Save location, when clocking in and out

When candidates clock in/out via the mobile app, you can track their estimated location and view it on a map. Check this box if you prefer general area tracking.

Use precise location, when clocking in and out

When candidates clock in/out via the mobile app, you can track their exact location and view it on a map. Check this box to enable precise location tracking.

Note: Candidates need to enable their location services when clocking in for the first time on the app. You can view clock in/out coordinates on a map by accessing your shift job calendar and opening completed job details. For further assistance, refer to this video.
- *Please be aware that tracking is exclusive to the app and not available on the web portal. If viewed on the shift job calendar, coordinates will be blank if the candidate checked out on the web.

Client My Jobs Preview

This section showcases what your clients will view on the My Jobs List preview screen. You can customize this view by making adjustments and adding tags and icons from the drop-down menu. If you prefer not to make any changes, default settings are already in place.
