[Templates & Communication](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/templates-communication?hsLang=en) # Insert Candidate and Client Document Links in Emails ## Insert direct links to candidate and client documents when sending emails so recipients can open the files immediately from the message. This eliminates the need to manually download documents or add links separately, helping streamline communication and improve access to important files.
