Insert Candidate and Client Document Links in Emails

Insert direct links to candidate and client documents when sending emails so recipients can open the files immediately from the message. This eliminates the need to manually download documents or add links separately, helping streamline communication and improve access to important files.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and open the client profile from which you want to send a document link.

Step 2: Click the Matches tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click on the Update Status button of any of the assigned candidates.

Step 4: Click the Insert Document Link button in the toolbar.

Step 5: Select the document from the dropdown list that you want to insert as a hyperlink in the email.

Step 6: Check the Open in New Tab checkbox, then click the Submit button.

The selected document will be added as a hyperlink in the email.

Step 7: Click the Send Email button to proceed with sending the email containing the document link.
