Include Pet Details in Email Templates

Include client pet details in your email templates by using the [[pets]] email template tag. When the email is sent, the tag automatically inserts the client's pet information using the same formatting as the rest of the email, creating a clean and consistent appearance.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Email Templates as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Search for the email template in which you want to use the [[pets]] tag.

For demonstration purposes, we are using the Candidate Booking Confirmation email template.

Step 3: Click the [[pets]] tag to copy it, then paste it into the email body where you want the client pet details to appear.

Step 4: Click the Update button to apply your changes.

The [[pets]] tag will now automatically display the client's pet details when the email is sent.
