Improve Email Content Using AI

Use the AI option in the email template body to refine and improve existing email content. This helps enhance clarity and tone while keeping the original message intact.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Email Templates, as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 2: Locate the email template you want to improve, then click the corresponding pencil icon to proceed with editing the email content.


Step 3: Click the Content option to view and access the email content.

 

Step 4: Click the Create email body using AI button.


Step 5: Describe the content you want to include in the email body. Then, click the Generate button to continue.


Step 6: Click the Close button.


Step 7: The email content will be generated successfully, click the Update button to proceed.
