Import Email Logs for Multiple Users
Import email activity logs and map a single record to multiple users. This allows you to associate one email with multiple candidates or clients in a single import, reducing manual effort and ensuring accurate activity tracking across all relevant users.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then click More > Import and Other Tools under Settings. 
Step 2: Click the Import Activities button under Clients.
Step 3: Select the CSV file that includes the activities you want to import, then click the Open button. 
Step 4: Scroll to the related_to field and select the User Email option from the dropdown list to map it.
The related_to field and User Email option may vary based on the CSV file you import and your agency configuration.

Step 5: Perform the previous step for all the users according to your imported CSV file. 
Step 6: Click the Import button. The activities are successfully imported to all users.
