[Application Forms & Profiles](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/application-forms-profiles?hsLang=en) # How to set a minimum number of items for Experience, Education, Contacts, References, etc. ## This is very important especially if you want to require candidates/clients to at least add one or more for the application form and profile. **Step 1:** Go to MORE-\> Application and Profile Builder **Step 2:** Once there, look for the any targeted section (Experience, Education, Contacts, References) and click the setting / gear icon. ![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-11-2025-07-07-01-6717-PM.png?width=1265&height=70&name=image-png-Sep-11-2025-07-07-01-6717-PM.png) **Step 3:** In General tab, scroll down until the setting "Select minimum number of items".
