How to receive Admin notifications of Candidate late clock-in/outs

Currently this setting will only work for email methods of notifications.

If your candidates have the setting below activated with the notification method of 'email' then they will receive the system default email reminder when/if they clock in/out late.  Click here to learn how to activate this setting.

If you as an Admin wish to also be notified when a Candidate clocks in or out late, then you can do so by taking the following steps

1. Navigate to More → Templates → Email Templates:

2. Click Add Template

3. Name the email(In this example we've used "Late Clock In Reminder")  and then select the TypeJob and either Trigger (Shift Job Clock In Reminder or Clock Out Reminder):

4. Once the corresponding Trigger is selected, then the system default template will populate in the email fields below.  Should you wish to edit this template you can do so now.  Once the template verbiage is adjusted to your choosing, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the down arrow next to Who does this email come from, where to replies go, CC/BCC:

5.  Enter the Admin email that you wish to notify in either the CC or BCC areas and click Create to save your work:

6.  To create reminders for both the Clock In and Clock Out triggers, repeat steps 1-5 for the second email trigger option.
