[Templates & Communication](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/templates-communication?hsLang=en) # How to receive Admin Email notifications based on how Clients or Candidates answer a question on their application ## Do you have questions on your Client Registration or Candidate Application that you'd like to be notified about depending on how they're answered? This feature can help! In this example, the agency includes a question in the Candidate Application that lets applicants select "I want to hear more!"  When this email setting is turned on, the agency will get a separate notification every time a candidate selects that option, making it easy to follow up and share more information with interested candidates. 1. In this example, when someone finishes their application, their status changes to **Applied**. Select **Next: Sender & Recipients.** 5.
