How to organize the job details using tabs on the Mobile APP for candidates
Categorize the job information into different tabs to facilitate easy access for candidates
If you like to better organize the information for candidates to apply to placement long and mid-term jobs and on-call/shift jobs, please follow these instructions
Shift Jobs
1. On your Enginehire Dashboard navigate to More > Global settings >APP > Job Settings and find a section called "Shift Job Layout"
2. To personalize available jobs that candidates can apply to, select "Use tabs for available shift job detail view." For jobs that have been assigned to the candidates, select "Use tabs for assigned shift job detail view."
The steps are the same for both, so we will only demonstrate how to do it for available jobs.
3. Create new tabs by clicking on the + icon
4. Name the tab, choose job information fields to display, adjust labels, and arrange
Example of how it looks on the APP:
5. Choose "Display shift job photo at the top of the job posting" if you want to show an image
6. Choose the field from which you will be uploading the image (you should have a file field on the booking form)
7. Choose the fields you want to include in the image and specify their positions

Placement Jobs
1. To customize the job details for placement jobs, on your Enginehire Dashboard go to the "Placement Jobs" section and click on " View Job Board"
2. Click on the gear icon next to "Placement (Part Time and Full Time) Opportunities"
3. Find the setting "Enable tabs for job detail view" and switch it on
4. Please ensure to follow the identical steps as for Shift Jobs from this point
