Control the Visibility of a Section in a Profile or Application.

Hide A Section By Status. Make A Section Visible By Status. How To Remove Edit Capabilities.

1. From Mission Control select Builders. 

2. Select Application and Profile Builder.

3. Select the section to edit. 

4. Select the Gear Icon to control this section's settings.

A) This is a private section. 

These are sections with information that only a owner of the profile and the agency admin have access to ever. 

B) No edit status. 

Pass this status a candidate or client can no longer edit this information. 

C) Hide from owner status. 

Choose the status as which the owner of this profile can no longer see this section. 

D) Make Visible Status. 

This is best for a section that does not need to be seen before a certain step in the process.
