How to get notified via email when a client submits a booking request
Learn how to receive instant notifications for submitted booking requests. The article guides users through setting up notification preferences within the Application and Profile Builder, ensuring timely awareness of new submissions.
1- Navigate to More→Application and Profile Builder
2- Click on the gear icon for the relevant section, in this case it is going to be the one with the Type: Section (Booking)
3- Click on the Notifications tab
• Make sure the Send Submission Notification Email is set to Yes
• Enter your email under Submission Notification Email
