How to generate the billing report for Bright Horizons Back-up Care

You can quickly export your shift job data in the format accepted for Bright Horizons billing, saving lots of time!

To export your job data into the Bright Horizons billing report, go to the shift job calendar table view and filter by the date range, statuses and/or view of jobs you want included in the report:

Then select the "Export into Bright Horizons Format" option:

If you do not see this option, click the gear icon next to the Export option:

And turn on the setting "Has button to export shift job data into Bright Horizons format" and fill in the fields that appear, these will show at the top of the billing report.
