How to Document Reasons for a Status Change

This feature allows you to select specific status changes that you would like to be prompted to enter a response in regard to the reason why a client or candidate's status has changed. These responses can be referenced in your records.

This process applies to both Clients and Candidates. In the example below, we are on the Client tab (same applies for candidates)

Step 1: Click the "Process Flow" Button

Step 2: Click the gear icon about the Status

Step 3: Edit and add statuses that need a reason when we move them to that status
