Please follow the steps given below, (way 1)  1\. Click on any date to add booking  3\. It will open a window with all fees / rates labels to change 5\. To change the label for agency hourly fee, look for option - Customize "Agency Fee" text and edit the text inside a textbox - You can also control the visibility of all pricing option whether to show it to client or not - If you want to hide it for clients then click on it to unselect / uncheck the checkbox "Show (Agency Fee) to Client" **Note** - The text inside bracket will be different for each price label setting - You can also set the visibility for some pricing options to only selected job booking categories, to restrict the visibility of agency fee for selected job categories look for option "Booking Categories which (Agency Fee) is shown to Client" and select categories ex. babysitting **Note** - The text inside bracket will be different for each price label setting ![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-22-2025-03-55-25-4331-PM.png?width=688&height=137&name=image-png-Jan-22-2025-03-55-25-4331-PM.png) 6\. Similarly you can adjust the labels for rush fee, overnight fee, additional hours fee, admin fee 12\. Click on "Submit" button to save the changes 14\. Select a **Client** menu.  2\. Select the **Client's Profile**.  3\. Select the **Booking Section** in the client profile. 4\. Click on any date to add booking  5\.
