[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # How to bulk broadcast shift jobs ## Going over how to broadcast multiple shift job at once. 1\. Click the magnifying glass icon to open the **Search and Filter Tools**. Then, select the Client(s) whose shifts you want to broadcast from the '**Filter by Clients**' dropdown menu:  ![step 2](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/step%202.png?width=688&height=327&name=step%202.png) 3\. Click the box at the top of the table view to select all associated shifts:  ![step 3](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/step%203.png?width=688&height=523&name=step%203.png) 4\. Once the checkbox is selected, the bulk option menu will appear; select **Bulk Broadcast**: ![step 4](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/step%204.png?width=688&height=527&name=step%204.png) 5\. The bulk broadcast window will appear. From the table below, select the candidates you want to broadcast to:  ![step 5](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/step%205.png?width=688&height=357&name=step%205.png) 6\. After selecting the candidates, you can choose to broadcast the shift jobs via email, SMS, or push notification. You can also broadcast in multiple formats at the same time, such as email and SMS, SMS and push, or email and push:  ![ascreenshot (6)](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/ascreenshot%20(6).jpeg?width=688&height=490&name=ascreenshot%20(6).jpeg) 7\.  Once you select a broadcast option, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Depending on your dashboard settings, you may receive a pop-up warning for each shift linked to the broadcasted shifts. Once the broadcast is successfully processed, a pop-up will appear.
