[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # How to adjust what candidates will see from the booking form when viewing an available shift job ## You can adjust what information from a booking form is showing to a candidate when they are viewing an available shift job. Booking form - It is a form used to create a shift job. You can pick selected fields from the booking form to be visible to candidates in the available shift job. Follow the steps given below, **Step 1: **Go to "Shift Job Calendar" from main menu **Step 2:** Click on any shift job - It will open a shift job details in a popup window  ![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-17-2025-05-38-30-3682-PM.png?width=688&height=339&name=image-png-Sep-17-2025-05-38-30-3682-PM.png) **Step 3: **Look for the "open in new window" icon and click on it.
