How to add redirection links to application form submissions

By default, when a candidate or family submits one of your application forms, they see Enginehire's standard confirmation. A redirection link lets you send them somewhere of your choosing instead, such as a branded thank-you page on your own website. This gives applicants a smoother, on-brand finish to the application, and it also makes it possible to track applications as conversions in your advertising tools, as covered below.

How to add a redirection link

Open More and select Application & Profile Builder. Find the application form you want in the list, then click the edit (pencil) icon for that form. In the Edit builder window, click Edit Settings. On the General tab, locate Custom redirect link on application form submission and enter the URL you want applicants sent to after they submit, such as your thank-you page. Save your changes.

If you want to send different candidate types to different pages, use Custom redirect link on application form submission (Based on type) just below, where you can pair a link with each type.

Tip: Conversion tracking

Set your thank-you page URL as a conversion in Google Ads (or whichever ad platform you use). Each time an applicant lands on that page after submitting, it counts as a conversion, so you can see which campaigns drive completed applications. Since the thank-you page lives on your own website, you can add your ad platform's tracking tag to it like any other page.
