How do I add someone to a placement job who has not applied?

Sometimes you may want to track someone on a placement job who has not applied, in which case you can manually add them as an applicant!

Click the "View Applicants" button on the placement job:

Click the "Add Applicant" button at the bottom right to manually add an applicant:

Applicants added this way will have a little "+" "Manually Added" icon for your reference that this person was added in this way:
