How can clients favorite a candidate?

Going over steps on how a client marks a candidate a favorite

There are two options on how a client can mark a candidate as a favorite.

Option 1:

After their shift job is completed, they can log into their profile, go to their booking calendar, select the booking, and mark favorite.


Option 2:
After a shift job has been completed, you can set up an email template for a shift job status and include the review link. This way, when the job is completed, it will be sent to the client, and they will be able to click the link, leave a review, and mark them as favorite or do not want it again. Use the bracket [[review_link]] to auto populate the link.
