Hide the Documents from Profiles

For demonstration purposes, this article uses Candidates as an example. However, the same steps apply to clients in the Clients tab.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Ensure you are on the Candidates tab.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Documents tab and click it to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Disable the Show document in profile section checkbox.

The settings will be saved automatically.

The Documents will no longer be displayed in the candidate profile.

Hide the Documents from Profiles

Hide the Documents from profiles when you do not want it to be displayed. This setting allows you to control whether the Documents are visible on Candidate and Client profiles.
