Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Shift Job Calendar from the navigation bar.
Step 2: Click the Shift Job Settings gear icon, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: Click the Client Booking Section option to expand and view its details.
Step 4: Scroll to the Shift Job Statuses where job is hidden from the client option and click the box under it to open the drop down list.
Step 5: Select the shift job statuses for which you want to hide the job from the client.
The settings will be saved automatically.
