Hide Profile Fields and Sections
Control the visibility of specific fields and sections in both candidate and client profiles. You can hide fields or entire sections from clients to keep sensitive candidate information private, or hide fields and sections from candidates to protect client-related details. This gives you full control over which information is visible to each party, ensuring privacy as needed. This documentation will guide you through the steps to hide and manage the visibility of profile fields and sections for both candidates and clients.
The steps remain the same whether you want to hide fields and sections in the candidate profile from clients or hide fields and sections in the client profile from candidates. For demonstration purposes, we will be using the candidate profile.

Hide Section
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, and then navigate to Candidates using the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Select any candidate from the list to open their profile.

Step 3: Select the section you want to hide from the clients, and then click the eyeball icon located next to the section name.
The visibility settings of the selected section will be updated globally, meaning the change will apply to all candidate profiles where this section appears.

Step 4: Select the Yes radio button and click the Submit button. The selected section will no longer be visible or accessible to clients.

The eyeball icon next to the section name will be updated with a slash through it. You can also hover over the eyeball icon to confirm, as it will display the message “Hidden from Client.”
Hide Field
You can hide specific fields within a candidate’s profile to ensure that only relevant information is visible to clients. There are two ways to hide these fields:
Hide a Specific Field from a Section
To hide an individual field within a specific section of the candidate profile, follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: On the Candidate Profile, click the eyeball icon next to the field name that you want to hide.

Step 2: Click on the Yes button to proceed.

The selected field will no longer be visible or accessible to clients.
Hide Multiple Fields in a Section
If you want to hide multiple fields within a specific section of the candidate profile simultaneously, follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Click the Gear icon located next to the section name where you want to hide the fields.

Step 2: Scroll down and expand the Control which fields are visible and hidden to whom option.

Step 3: Click on the Fields Hidden from Client dropdown, and select the fields that you want to hide from the Client.
The visibility for the selected fields will be updated globally, which means the changes will apply to all candidate profiles where this section appears.

Step 4: After selecting the desired fields, click on the Save button to confirm the changes.
