# Hide Placement Jobs Until a Specific Candidate Status

## Restrict visibility of placement jobs until candidates reach a defined status. This helps you control when candidates can view and apply for placement jobs, ensuring applications happen at the appropriate stage.

Let’s get started 🚀

**Step 1**: Log in to your agent dashboard and click **More \> Global Settings**, as shown in the screenshot below.

**Step 2**: From the list of available tabs, click the **Jobs** tab.

**Step 3**: Click the **Placement Job Settings** option to expand its details.

**Step 4**: Locate the **Candidate statuses that can see placement jobs** option and select the specific candidate statuses for which you want candidates to be able to view placement jobs.

**Step 5**: Click the **Save** icon to confirm the changes.
