Hide Placement Jobs Until a Specific Candidate Status

Restrict visibility of placement jobs until candidates reach a defined status. This helps you control when candidates can view and apply for placement jobs, ensuring applications happen at the appropriate stage.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 2: From the list of available tabs, click the Jobs tab.

Step 3: Click the Placement Job Settings option to expand its details.

Step 4: Locate the Candidate statuses that can see placement jobs option and select the specific candidate statuses for which you want candidates to be able to view placement jobs.

Step 5: Click the Save icon to confirm the changes.
