Hide Candidates with Non-Matching Tags

Hide candidates whose tags do not match the shift job requirements when broadcasting shift jobs. By enabling this setting, the Whose tags don't match filter is selected by default during shift job broadcasts, helping you target suitable candidates without manually enabling the filter each time.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Shift Job Calendar in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon as shown in the screenshot below to open the Shift Job Settings.

Step 3: Click the Shift Job Broadcast option to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Check the When broadcasting shift job, check 'Whose tags don't match' option by default checkbox.

The settings will be saved automatically.
