Give candidates an option to accept shift jobs directly from broadcasts without needing to be logged in

You can use a special tag [[job_acceptance_link]] when auto broadcasting a shift job in your email and templates so that candidates get a unique link to directly accept the job without needing to log in!

For the email and SMS templates to auto broadcast a shift job

You can use the tag [[job_acceptance_link]]

This will send a unique job link to each candidate such that the system will know who they are, even if they are not logged in, so they can easily accept from the link more quickly and easily!

Note: Candidates who click this tag will be treated as the assigned candidate and will have access to all the details visible to assignees.

Shifts with multiple dates get one acceptance link

When a shift has more than one date or session, Enginehire sends a single acceptance link for the whole shift instead of a separate link for each date. A shift with nine dates used to put nine links in one message. Now it puts just one, which keeps SMS messages short and your emails easy to read.

When the candidate opens the link, they see all the dates of the shift on one page. No date is selected in advance, so they choose the date or dates they want to work and then accept. Candidates can still take every date or only some of them, all from the same link.

If the first date has already been filled by the time the candidate opens the link, the page shows the next available date instead.

This works the same way in SMS and email templates, and in both automatic and manual broadcasts. You don't need to change your templates: keep using the [[job_acceptance_link]] tag as you do today.

Tip: To list every date and time of the shift in the message itself, add the [[jobdatestimes]] tag to your template. See Use Plural Tags to avoid Multiple emails going out for a job with additional dates.
