Get a notification if a client or candidate updates a section in their profile

Admin gets a notification if a candidate or client makes an update or change to a section within their profile

These steps are the same if you do it for candidates and clients. Also, even though these settings have you going to a profile, it will update for all. For example if you went to a candidate profile to update the setting, it will update for all candidates.

Step 1:
If you want to adjust for candidate sections, go to a candidate. If you want to adjust for client sections, go to a client profile.

Step 2: 
When viewing their profile, click the gear icon of the section you want to get a notification


Step 3:
Click Edit Settings


Step 4:
Click on notifications


Step 5:
Click Yes and add your email in this area and check off send email when updated. You can set your email to be based on location or types if different staff need to get the notification based on different types or location

Scroll down and click Save
