Filter Reference and Experience Logs by Custom Fields
Filter reference and experience logs using custom fields added through quick search settings. By configuring which fields appear in the logs table, you can refine results more effectively and locate specific records without manually scanning through entries.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > All Logs as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the References option.
Step 3: Click the Gear icon at the top-right corner of the References table to open the reference dashboard settings. 
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and click the box under the Quick search field in the Reference table setting to open the dropdown list. 
Step 5: Select the custom field you want to use to filter the reference logs. The settings will be saved automatically.

The selected field appears under the References heading for use.

Step 6: Click on the displayed field to use it to filter the reference logs accordingly.
Similarly, enable a custom field under Quick search field for Experiences table and use it to filter the experience logs.
