Filter Off-Hours Auto-Broadcast Jobs
Filter auto-broadcasted jobs that were sent outside business hours using the logs view. This helps identify jobs that may remain unstaffed and evaluate how off-hours auto-broadcast impacts staffing coverage.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > All Logs as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click the Shift Job Auto Broadcast Logs option.
Step 3: Click the Filter by Auto Broadcasted during off business hours box to open the dropdown list.

Step 4: Select the Yes option to view jobs that the system auto-broadcasts during off-business hours.

The list will be filtered to display jobs auto-broadcasted during off-business hours (if any).
