Create an Extend Offer Note Template

Follow these steps to create an extend the offer note template will override the initial enginehire created template.

1. Go to Templates. Note Template. Add a Template. 

2. Name your template. (Example: Extend Offer). Select the type as Extend Offer. Fill in the body with the questions you would typically like to ask. Click Save. 

3. This will now automatically be attached when matching a candidate to a client depending on the setting you have for the My Candidate section for clients. 

4. To check these settings go to Clients. Choose any client. Click Profile. Scroll down to the My Candidate section. Click the Gear Icon on the right hand side. 

5. Look for Candidate Client Relationship Statuses Where The Extend Offer Button Appears For Clients. And be sure you have selected the statuses you'd like for the button to appear. Click Save.

6. View that the button has appeared for the correct settings.
