[Data Import & Export](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/data-import-export?hsLang=en) # Export Clients or Candidates to a Spreadsheet ## Export client or candidate records to a spreadsheet to review, analyze, or share information outside of Enginehire. This allows you to download profile data in a structured format for reporting, filtering, or record-keeping purposes. For demonstration purposes, this article uses clients as an example. Follow the same steps to export candidate records.
