# Enable Shift Job Client Request Emails

## Enable this setting to receive email notifications whenever a client submits a shift (short-term) job request. Turning on this option ensures that the selected email addresses are instantly alerted whenever a new request comes in, helping your team respond quickly and manage incoming shift needs more efficiently.

Let’s get started 🚀

**Step 1**: Log in to your agent dashboard, then navigate to **More** \> **Global Settings**, as shown in the screenshot below.

**Step 2**: Click the **Notifications** tab in the list of all available tabs.

**Step 3**: Click the **Job Based Settings** option to expand its details.

**Step 4**: Scroll down to the **Shift Job Client Request Emails** field and enter the email address that will receive notifications when a client submits a shift job request.

**Step 5**: Scroll down and click the **Update** button to save the changes.
