Enable Email Unsubscribe Link

Enable the Email Unsubscribe Link feature to give clients and candidates the option to stop receiving email notifications from your agency. When this feature is enabled, an unsubscribe link is automatically added to the bottom of all outgoing emails, ensuring your communication respects user preferences. This documentation will walk you through the steps to enable the unsubscribe link feature in all email communications sent through your Enginehire account.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then navigate to More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Under the Agency Details tab, click the Communication Settings option to expand its details.


Step 3: Scroll down and check the Add unsubscribe link at the end of the email checkbox option. Then click the Update Setting button to confirm the changes.

 

Step 4: Click the Save button to proceed.
