Enable Email Notifications for New Chat Messages
Enable email notifications to automatically inform clients and candidates when they receive a new chat message. This helps ensure important messages are not missed, even when users are not actively logged into the platform.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click on More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below. 
Step 2: Click the Notifications tab from the available tabs.
Step 3: Click the Candidate Based Notifications option to expand and view its details.
Step 4: Check the Send an email to clients and candidates when they receive a new chat message checkbox. 
The settings will be saved automatically.
