Enable Charge Confirmation for Previously Charged Shift Jobs

Enable charge confirmation for previously charged shift jobs to help prevent accidental duplicate Stripe charges. When this setting is enabled, a confirmation prompt will appear before charging a client again for a shift job that has already been charged, allowing you to verify the action before proceeding.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Shift Job Calendar in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click on any of the shift jobs in the calendar.

Step 3: Click the gear icon as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 4: Check the Show confirmation when charging client through Stripe again checkbox.

The settings will be saved automatically.
