Enable Candidate Email Verification

Enable candidate email verification so candidates can verify their email address using a verification code sent to their inbox. Once verified, you can easily identify verified email addresses from the candidate table.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Candidate Verification option to expand and view its details.

Step 3: Check the Enable candidate email verification  (candidates will see an option in their profile to get a code to their email to verify it) checkbox.

The settings will be saved automatically.

On the Candidate Side

Copy the verification code from the email you received, paste it into the verification field, and click the Verify button. 

The verification code is sent to the candidate's registered email address when they log in to their profile after the agency enables email verification.

The email will be verified successfully.

Once the candidate verifies their email address, a verification check icon will appear next to their email address in the candidate table on your agent dashboard.
