Enable Automatic Charge on Shift Assignment

Enable this setting to automatically charge the client as soon as a candidate is assigned to a shift job. Activating this option applies the booking credit immediately at the time of assignment, helping streamline your billing workflow and ensuring charges are processed without manual steps.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click on Families tab from the list of all available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Other Settings to expand the details.

Step 4: Scroll down and check the checkbox labeled Charge Booking Credit on Assigning Job.

Step 5: Scroll down, then click the Update Settings button to save the changes.
