Enable Automatic Booking Broadcasts

Enable automatic booking broadcasts to have all new bookings sent directly to candidates without any manual action. When this feature is turned on, the system will automatically broadcast incoming bookings to the candidates you choose—whether that’s all candidates, only your favorites, or specific candidate types such as on-call candidates.

Automatic booking broadcasts are sent only to eligible candidates. Candidates who exceed configured weekly working hour limits or do not meet eligibility criteria are excluded from broadcasts.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the list of all the available tabs.


Step 3: Click the Shift Job Settings option to expand its details.

Step 4: Click on the Broadcasting option under the Shift Job Settings.


Step 5: Check the Automatically broadcast new shift jobs to candidates checkbox as shown in the screenshot below.


You can further manage the automatic broadcasting according to your preferences. For example, you can select the checkbox labeled Only broadcast to candidates the client has marked as ‘favorite’ to automatically broadcast new bookings only to the candidates the client has marked as favorites.


Step 6: Click the Save icon to confirm the changes.
