[Templates & Communication](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/templates-communication?hsLang=en) # Embed Profile Sections in Email Templates ## Embed individual profile sections into email templates using public form links, allowing candidates and clients to update specific information directly from an email without logging in to their online profile dashboard. This helps streamline data collection while providing each recipient with a personalized form linked to their own profile. For demonstration purposes, this article uses the Candidate Profile as an example. However, the steps are the same for Client Profiles.  Let’s get started 🚀 ### **Configure a Profile Section for Public Access ** Enable a public form link for a regular profile section so it can be shared outside the platform. Keep the URL up to and including the number that follows the section name, then replace everything after it with **\[\[hash\_id\]\]/\[\[hash\_share\_section\]\]**. Both tags are required.
