Email Template Tags

Email template tags let you dynamically insert information into your emails without manually typing it each time. Tags pull data from profiles and applications and automatically populate details such as names or custom fields when the email is sent. You can hover over a tag to learn more about what it inserts, click to copy it, and paste it into the email subject or body where needed.

Job Details

Use these tags to insert basic job-related information into your email templates.

Inserts the unique ID of the job.

Inserts the IDs of multiple jobs (used in bulk actions).

Inserts the job title.

Dates and Time

Use these tags to display job dates and times, including formats optimized for single or bulk jobs.

Inserts the job date in a readable format (for example, Fri Apr 05, 2024).

[[date_compressed]]

Inserts the job date in a compact numeric format (for example, 1-23-2023).

[[jobdates]]

Inserts the dates for multiple jobs (useful for bulk actions).

Inserts multiple job dates in a compact format.

Inserts dates and times for multiple jobs.
