Email Status Indicators
Understand what each status means in your system

Delivered – The email successfully reached the recipient’s inbox.
-
Opened – The recipient opened the email (tracked via a tracking pixel).
-
Clicked – The recipient clicked a link inside the email.
-
Bounced – The email could not be delivered (invalid address, mailbox full, etc.).
-
No Sign – The system has no tracking event (not delivered yet or tracking unavailable).
- Delayed – The email is temporarily held up (e.g., by the recipient’s mail server or spam
filters) and has not yet reached the inbox.
The time displayed on the emails reflects the first time they were delivered to the inbox or opened by the recipient.
