No downloading it yourself, no shareable links. Here's how. When you want a client to look at a candidate, you can email that candidate's profile as a PDF attachment straight from your dashboard. The attachment is the same profile document your candidates already have, and it reaches the client's inbox as a normal file they can open or save. You can send one candidate or a whole shortlist, to one client or several, in a single step. ### How to email a candidate profile PDF to a client Go to your **Candidates** page and select the candidate (or candidates) whose profile you want to send, then choose **Share Profile PDFs**. The **Share Candidate Profile** window opens, where you select the client (or clients) who should receive the email and write the subject and message. The client, subject, and body are all required before you can send. Select one candidate, or select several, and follow the same flow. ### What your client receives Your client gets a normal email from your agency's address, with the candidate's profile attached as a PDF. The attachment is identical to the profile export your candidate already has, so it looks exactly as expected and opens right from the email.
