Edit Applications, Profiles, And Sections From The User Side and Without Going Into The Builder.

Add, move, and edit applications and profiles without diving into the application and profile builder. This is a fantastic way to make a quick adjustment or rebuild the whole thing.

As long as you are logged in, you can adjust your Client and Candidate's Profile Globally whether if you select a client, then select their profile or visit Application and Profile Builder and select to view the Profile. 

Edit a Section

A. Open the Section: Select the Pencil Icon.

B. Edit a Field: Select the Pencil Icon next to a field. 

C. Add a Field: Select the Insert a Field Icon (Plus Sign in a Circle). (Example: a questions. )

D. Replicate the field: Select the Duplicate a Field Icon (Plus Sign in a Double Circle). 

Open a Section 

E. From the profile select the Gear Icon

F. Open a Field: Select the Arrow. 

G. Adjust Rows: Select Layout and the number of Items Per Row. Select the name of the field to adjust its size. 

H. Required: Select the Asterisk next to each field name.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU MAKE AN EDIT TO AN UNDERLYING SECTION OR FIELD FROM ONE PROFILE, IT WILL CHANGE FOR ALL PROFILES, NOT JUST THE ONE YOU ARE VIEWING! 
You can edit the actual information in a question/field person by person, of course, but editing the actual question changes it globally!
