Download Uploaded Files from Shift Jobs

Download files uploaded by candidates within shift jobs directly from the file preview window. This helps you to quickly save uploaded documents such as parking receipts without needing to manually capture screenshots.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, and click Shift Job Calendar in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Table tab as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 3: Click the shift for which you want to download the uploaded candidate files.

Step 4: Click the View File button.

Step 5: Click the Download icon next to the uploaded file to save it to your system.
