Display Additional Fields for Shared Candidates
Display additional fields for shared candidates to improve visibility when reviewing candidate profiles shared across agencies. By adding fields to the candidate dashboard, you can ensure important candidate information, such as start dates and other relevant details, is available directly from the candidate table.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Students in the navigation bar.

This terminology may vary depending on your agency's configuration. For example, it may appear as Candidates, Caregivers, or another customized label.

Step 2: Click the gear icon in the candidate table to open the candidate dashboard settings.
Step 3: Click the fields box to open the dropdown list.
Step 4: Search for the field you want to display, then select it from the dropdown list.

Repeat the same process to add any additional fields you want to display in the candidate table. 
The selected fields will be displayed in the candidate table.
