[Application Forms & Profiles](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/application-forms-profiles?hsLang=en) # Disapprove Reference Checks and Notify Candidates ## Disapprove reference checks that do not meet your agency's requirements and record the reason for the decision. You can also notify candidates by email so they are informed when a reference check has been declined.
