Disable Automatic Location Filtering on Login

View all available job and shift locations immediately after logging in, without any location filters applied automatically. This ensures you start with a complete list of jobs and can manually apply location filters only when needed.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the list of available tabs.


Step 3: Scroll down and click the Detail Shift Job Page option to expand it and view its details.


Step 4: Scroll down and check the Disable auto filtering of shift job locations for logged in users checkbox. The settings will be saved automatically.
