Customize the Client and Candidate Email Notification: Document Signed Signer Notification
Customize the email alert Clients and Candidates receive when they have signed a document with a link to download the agreement.
1. Select More.
2. Select Email Templates.
3. Select Add Template.
4. Name the Template.
5. Select the type as Client or Candidate.
6. Select the Trigger as Document Signed Signer Notification.
7. Add the Message.
Example:
Subject Line: Thank you for signing [[document_name]]
Body Content:
Hello [[fname]],
Thank you for signing [[document_name]]. For your own records, you can view or download your signed document by clicking on the following link: [[document_link]]

8. Select Update and the automation will begin the next time a document is signed.
