Customize the Candidate Self Job Creation Button

Customize the Candidate Self Job Creation button to display custom text for candidates in the My Jobs section. Personalizing the button label helps align it with your workflow and provides clearer guidance when candidates create jobs for themselves to clock in and out.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Candidates in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click on any of the candidates in the list.

Step 3: Click the My Jobs tab from the list of available tabs.

Step 4: Click the Gear icon as shown in the screenshot below to open the My Jobs Table Settings.

Step 5: Click the Candidate Self Job Creation option to expand its settings.

Step 6: Check the Do you want candidates to be able to create jobs for themselves to clock in and out of checkbox.

Step 7: Enter the custom create job button text.

The settings will be saved automatically.

The create job button will appear under the My Jobs tab with the customized text.
