Customize Missed Break Warning Message

Customize the warning message displayed when candidates do not log breaks during their shifts. This allows agencies to provide clearer instructions or compliance-related information while using missed meal break calculations for shift jobs.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Shift Job Table View option to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Check the Apply the missed meals calculation in California checkbox.

Step 5: Customize the warning text that will be displayed when a candidate does not log a break during their shift. The settings are saved automatically.
